City of Blue Island Discover Blue Island, The Historic Heart of Chicago Southland
Unfortunately, the annual Southland Regatta at Fay’s Point for women’s collegiate rowing has been canceled this November. However, the City of Blue Island and area partners have formed a committee to not only help raise money for future rowing events, but to help promote rowing in the entire Chicago Southland region. You will be hearing more about this endeavor in January.
We certainly appreciate the people who have attended our rowing events and apologize for any inconvenience in having this year’s Southland Regatta canceled.
