City of Blue Island Discover Blue Island, The Historic Heart of Chicago Southland
The Blue Island Police Department, in cooperation with the Federal Drug Enforcement Agency, are sponsoring a DRUG TAKE BACK DAY on Saturday, April 28th from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the BIPD, 13031 Greenwood Ave.
Old and unused prescription drugs present an unnecessary hazard in the home. The Department will be accepting any old, unused prescription or over the counter medications. The medications will then be diposed of by D.E.A.
Important: No needles or liquids can be accepted.
