Water Bill E-Pay

NOTICE:
The convenience fee that is charged to credit and debit card customers for the City of Blue Island e-Pay web site will be increasing from $1.99 to $2.99 effective March 1, 2014. The e-Pay convenience fee for electronic check payments is unchanged, and will remain at $1.49. There is no fee for recurring automatic debit charges.
