The City of Blue Island wishes to obtain qualifications and a priced proposal for site planning and recommendations associated with the redevelopment of Brownfield sites in the South COD area. The work will be completed in cooperation with the City of Blue Island and as part of the USEPA Brownfields Assessment grant awarded in 2008. All work that is completed shall conform to respective EPA Brownfields requirements.
