Work has already started at the northwest corner of Burr Oak Ave and Vincennes Rd. The current construction project is being redeveloped as a Fuel Center and Convenience Store along with a future site for new retail or a restaurant. Work has begun on site preparation, bringing in clean fill for the parking area and preparing to demolition the former Jewel-Osco building. Construction will begin Spring 2016 with a grand opening early Summer 2016. We’re excited to see Thorntons expand and reinvest in our community!
