Stop by the Neighborhood Watch Group #37’s Black History Month Program to celebrate Black History Month. Doors open at 7:00 p.m. at the City Hall East Annex Building (2434 Vermont St). It’s a great event to give everyone a chance to learn something about Afro-American History. So, please bring your friends and family. There will be no admission fee or charge,however there will be refreshments and prizes!
