On Monday, March 20 the City of Blue Island reopened the Chatham Street Bridge, and with it bringing the Cal-Sag Trail to Blue Island!
The bridge has sat closed since 2010, but has long since been planned to serve as the “buckle” of the Cal-Sag Trail system. Congrats to all that played a role in restoring this bridge to our community.
Get out there today and enjoy the Cal-Sag Trail!
