Blue Cap is currently looking for dedicated people to join their team as a Direct Support Professional (DSP). DSPs support adults with developmental disabilities to assist them in achieving personal outcomes. DSPs work in the following areas:
• Adult Day Services: provide opportunities for people to achieve social, educational and community goals.
• Supported Employment: support people in their jobs
• Residential: provides support to people in their homes and community
Blue Cap is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in Blue Island. Blue Cap’s mission is to serve as a catalyst for children and adults with intellectual disabilities to be educated, have quality life experiences, be respected and be a valued member of their community.
