The City of Blue Island, in partnership with Cook County, is demolishing the structure at 11941 Vincennes Road. The project is funded by the Cook County Community Development Block Grant and led by the City of Blue Island. Once completed, the project will completely remediate and remove the structure, making way for possible future development and making the area more attractive for residents and investors.
