Veterans from Blue Island American Legion Post 50 will hold their annual Veterans’ Day ceremony at 11 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 11, at Memorial Park, 12804 Highland Ave., Blue Island.
Following the ceremony, a continental breakfast will be served inside the fieldhouse by members of Boy Scout Troop 788 and students from St. Walter’s School.
All veterans are invited to participate, and members of the community-at-large are invited to observe.
