Labor Day Weekend Fireworks

Celebrate Blue Island’s rich labor history – including our city’s role in the historic Pullman Strike of 1894 – at our Labor Day Weekend Fireworks display! The fun starts at 4 p.m. with food, drinks, music, and more at the intersection of Fulton Street and Irving Avenue, with a fireworks finale you won’t want to miss.

When: Saturday, September 2 | The Celebration begins at 4 p.m., fireworks begin at 9 p.m.
Where: The Waterfall Park at the intersection of Fulton Street and Irving Avenue
