Día de los Muertos
When: November 2, 6-9 p.m.
Where: Intersection of Western Avenue and York Street, and at The Lyric Theater: 12952 Western Avenue
Join City of Blue Island officials, The Lyric Theater, your friends and neighbors and celebrate Day of the Dead with a Remembrance Altar, Music, Food, and Shopping. Dancers will perform on the stage of The Lyric during the festivities.
Residents are invited to drop off copies of photos of their loved ones at the City Clerk’s Office (13051 Greenwood Avenue) by 4 p.m. on November 1. Photos may not be returned so please submit copies only – no originals.
