Cop on a Rooftop is a statewide event to benefit the athletes of Special Olympics of Illinois. As part of this event, law enforcement personnel and volunteers from Blue Island will stake out the rooftop of the Dunkin’ Donuts location at 2323 W. 127th Street from 5am to noon to help raise funds and awareness for the Special Olympics mission.
