PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD FOR ABCA NOW OPEN

As previously mentioned on August 25, 2009, the City has now posted the Analysis of Brownfields Cleanup Alternatives (ABCA) for public review and comment. Blue Island Awarded $200,000 Cleanup Grant for 119th St Project

On 5/8/2009, USEPA announced 2009 Brownfields Grant Award winners. Included in this year’s awards is the Brownfields Cleanup Grant Proposal Blue Island submitted last Fall for $200,000 to help offset redevelopment costs at the former landfill at 119th/Vincennes.
